The words “FIRE BUCKET” must be stenciled in a contrasting color on each bucket. Vessel missing 01 fire bucket and only 1 bucket had a lanyard attached. 46 CFR 181.610

Each ring life buoy with a floating waterlight must have a lanyard of at least 3 feet in length, but not more than 6 feet, securing the waterlight around the body of the ring life buoy.
