The means of embarkation and disembarkation required in paragraph 1 shall be constructed and installed based on the guidelines developed by the organization. Vessel was using pilot accommodation ladder with addition of a wood plank to bridge the gap between the pier and the base of the ladder. - 74SOLAS(14)II-1/3-9.2
