0750 - Fire Prevention - The purpose of this regulation is to prevent the ignition of combustible materials... .1 Means shall be provided to control leaks of flammable liquids. Observed pooled oil undersneath ship's hfo, mdo, and mgo tanks just aft of oil purifier room. After further investigation a substantial amount of oil was observed throughout all deck levels behind ship's oil tanks.

Action required: 17 - Rectify deficiencies prior to departure
Resolved 11 June 2014
Resolution: Classs report received. Ship replaced cracked flange in HFO piping, cleaned area, and layed new insulation.
