The purpose of this regulation is to prevent the ignition of combustible materials or flammable liquids. For this purpose, the following shall be met: means shall be provided to control leaks of flammable liquids. #2 and #3 auxillery generators were found to be leaking fuel from multiple cylinder heads. Fuels mist was also observed coming from the #4 cylinder injector on the #2 generator.
