This includes the vessel's total ballast water capacity, total number of water tanks, total volume of ballast water onboard, total number, of ballast water tanks in ballast, and the identification of ballast water management method used. PSCO observed that the ballast water records from current owner do not have all the required information to include ballast water management method used. Vessel is not authorized to discharge ballast water from the APT Port Tank in US waters until vessel confirms the water was treated in accordance with the ballast water management plan.
