Additionally, records for the disposal/discharge of garbage as per the garbage management plan have not been maintained and are not available for review. Vessels category A garbage accumulation was not consistent with 13 month generations rate. Safety management audit must be carried out by the Administration or Recognized Organization prior to Departure.
