Per the manufacturer's instructions, the presence of the cotter pins renders the cylinders inoperable. the cotter pins were installed into the top-valves on 22MAY2024 as a safety precaution while conducting cleaning, and the pins were inadvertently not removed, rendering the system not ready for immediate use for a total of 22 days.
