All access openings in bulkheads at ends of enclosed superstructures shall be fitted with doors. The means for securing these doors weathertight. PSCO observed light coming in from around the gasket and several dogs were not functioning. ICCL I/12(1)

Resolved 6 January 2022
Resolution: Ships crew conducted preventative maintenance on all parts associated with the watertight door leading into the steering room. Door was properly tested and witnessed by lead PSCO.
