PSCO observed diesel fuel oil leaking from the Boiler Fuel Oil Burning Pump, designed to provide diesel fuel to the boiler system. PSCO witnessed 1 drop per second. C. Resolution: Nozzle for fixed high expansion foam inside the engine room has been cleaned, and the unknown substance removed. Crew members carried out air blow out test with the attending Class NK surveyor and found to be in satisfactory condition.
