PSCO found both general service pumps in ENGRM to have soft patches on piping and leaking approx. 4 gallons/min when fire main is energized. Code 13104 17(a)(c)

Resolution: NKK classification society survey report #19CL0066 stating deficiency has been rectified. Survey report states: The excessive exhaust leakage on incinerator was properly rectified by renewing the gasket in the exhaust pipe.
