At each initial and subsequent inspection for certification, the owner or managing operator must have the vessel ready for inspection of its fire protection equipment, including the inspection of each portable fire extinguisher to check for excessive corrosion and general condition. MI observed gauge on forward portable extinguisher able to rotate freely rendering gauge in-accurate. Resolve in 7 days.
