Electrical installations shall be such as to minimize the risk of fire and explosion from flammable products. PSCOs found multiple hazardous area location lights to be without bonding straps inside hazardous locations on cargo deck.
Condition: Improper Installation
Action required: 17 - Rectify deficiencies prior to departure

Resolution: All electrical ligthing in the cargo area had bonding straps replaced.
