Barge is enrolled in TBSIP, Company surveyor identified cracked weld and separation from on deck on the doubler plate for the STBD Fwd button. Surveyor requested Coast Guard to issue CG-835v in lieu of company deficiency due to extended lead time on repair. Estimated repair date is 12DEC2020. Conduct repair to the satisfaction of the attending Marine Inspector. 46 CFR 30.01-10
