Each survival craft must be: Stowed so that when the vessel sinks the survival craft floats free and, if inflatable, inflates automatically.
Marine Inspectors observed the vessel's life floats stowed directly beneath the ensign line and navigation lights stack. The lights stack has a protruding welded attachment blocking the survival craft's float free path.
Ensure survival craft can float free.
