Every steam pipe and every fitting connected thereto through whichsteam may pass shall be so designed, constructed and installed as to withstand the maximum owrking stresses to which it may be subjected. PSCO observed a steam leak on the hot steam pip to the boiler.
Action required: 40 - Rectify deficiencies prior to next US port after sailing foreign
