The following items are worklist items to be corrected prior to receiving drydock or internal structure exam credit:
1. Forward ballast tank has excessive pitting and corrosion in the aft of the first baffle, extending from the bilge strake to the third longitudinal member from strake. Complete repairs and conduct non-destructive testing in the presence of USCG Inspectors.
2. Port potable water tank, in the 4th void aft, broken welds in bulkheads 3 and 4 on the third longitudinal frame from the keel need to be repaired.
3.#4 MDE exhaust holding bracket weld is cracked, requires repairs.
4. #3 MDE exhaust support at end of pipe is cracked, requires repairs.
5. #3 MDE exhaust holding bracket is missing bolt to support exhaust pipe, needs to be replaced.
