The following items are worklist items to be corrected prior to receiving drydock or internal structure exam credit: 1. Forward ballast tank has excessive pitting and corrosion in the aft of the first baffle, extending from the bilge strake to the third longitudinal member from strake. Complete repairs and conduct non-destructive testing in the presence of USCG Inspectors. 2. Port potable water tank, in the 4th void aft, broken welds in bulkheads 3 and 4 on the third longitudinal frame from the keel need to be repaired. 3.#4 MDE exhaust holding bracket weld is cracked, requires repairs. 4. #3 MDE exhaust support at end of pipe is cracked, requires repairs. 5. #3 MDE exhaust holding bracket is missing bolt to support exhaust pipe, needs to be replaced.

The part of the exhaust system between the point of cooling water injection and the engine manifold must be water jacketed or effectively insulated and protected. Main diesel raw water outlet leaks. 46 CFR 182.425(b)

A vessel must comply with the structural design requirements of the standard hull material of the vessel. Cracked welds in the oil room vent compartments. 46 CFR 177.300

Vessels that operate on a Coastwise or Oceans route must conduct emergency egress training for each member of the crew at least monthly and each time a new crew member joins such vessel. This training must be completed and logged in accordance with CG regulations. - 46 CFR 185.420

A vessel shall be ready for inspections of the hull structure and its appurtenances including all weathertight closures above the weather deck. Weathertight gasket of hatch leading to or from the passenger area is worn and must be replaced. - 46 CFR 176.802

#4 MDE could not be started due to issue with electronics package.

marine charts were out of date and vessel did not have a chart correction kit onboard. required vessel rep to provide up to date charts and a means to make corrections.

pressure gauges did not show required range. required vessel rep to provide gauge going from 0 to 1.2 to 2.0 times the relief vavle pressure.

transfer procedures did not have sufficent contents as per 33CFR155. required vessel rep to add vessel specific informaiton to the transfer procedures.
