0615-RESCUE BOAT- before the ship leaves port and at all times during the voyage, all life-saving appliances shall be in working order and ready for immediate use. During rescue boat davit inspections PSCO observed a major leak of hydraulic fluid from davit system making davit inoperable. 74SOLAS (2014 Cons) III/20.2
