THE [name withheld] AND/OR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE VESSEL'S SMS UNDER THE ISM CODE. DUE TO PSCO'S OBSERVATIONS, AN AUDIT OF THE VESSEL'S SMS BY THE CERTIFICATE ISSUING AUTHORITY IS RECOMMENDED TO BE COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS.
