Discharge of cargo residues withi special areas is not permitted unless the requirements of MARPOL ANNEX V, regulation 6.1.2 are met. The Port of Tampa has adequate reception facilities. On 5 JAN 2021, the vessel discharged 6 m3 of cargo residues into the wider caribbean special area.
