Vessel reported to the USCG that the vessel's main engine servo pump failed causing an inability for the main engine to maintain the desired RPM. Vessel must ensure the main engine servo pump is repaired/replaced, operating properly, and the main engine is operating satisfactorily maintaining the desired RPM for safe navigation prior to transiting beyond breakwater on the Delaware Bay.
