Whenever events cause NOA information submitted for a vessel to become inaccurate, the owner, agent, Master, operator, or person in charge of that vessel must submit an update within the times required. Changes in arrival or departure times that are less than six (6) hours. Vessel submitted original NOA with arrival date to Houston on 10AUG2021 and departure date on 26AUG2021. Vessel remained at Fairway Anchorage until 15SEP2021 with pilot orders to city Dock 3. Vessel did not update NOA arrival and departure dates prior to entry into port. Vessel submitted updated NOA while PSCO in attendance.
