While conducting operational test of smoke detectors, multiple smoke detectors were found to be not functioning as designed. vessels crew had reset fire control panel to rectify the malfunctioning system. PSCO verified proper alarm operation of several random smoke detectors. Fire detection system is fully operational. 74 SOLAS (14) II-2/14.2.1.2.1.2
