During the fire drill PSCO observed crew was unfamiliar with initial fire-fighting actions and personal protective equipment. Crew also lacked proper communications throughout drill. Additionally, during the abandon ship drill crew were unfamiliar with assigned duties and no muster list was available. -74 SOLAS(20) III 19.2.1 -17c cleared
