Resolution: Receieved, reviewed and approved Class Report from Bureau Veritas, stating that the deficiency has been rectified. The galley exhaust duct was examined by the class surveyor and found to be cleaned with no grease accumulation throughout the ducting.

Resolution: PSCO observed compliance with the conditions outlined in the written deficiency. The vessel was found to have a properly filled out Biofouling Record Book, and documented appropriate corrective actions for removal of the observed biofouling.
