Due to heavy weather, the vessel was pushed aground in Lower Mississippi river. Certification issuing authority to attest to the proper operation of steering gear, propulsion machinery and associated equipment, and integrity of the hull in affected area and hull penetration on port side. hull damage, stbd side fwd, 1.5-2ft horizontal crack, anchor, anchor chain fouled on one another.
