MI found 2 of 4 15 pax [name withheld] life rafts no longer serviceable and removed from the vessel. Vessel shall provide 2 serviceable life raft and prove proper installation to the MI. Vessel may only carry 30 people.

Due to restrictions stemming from COVID-19 the vessel is in an inactive status IAW CVC-WI-08(1) and drills have been deferred until the vessel resumes operations. Drills must be performed in the presence of CG MI prior to the carriage of passengers.
