MI found 2 of 4 15 pax [name withheld] life rafts no longer serviceable and removed from the vessel. Vessel shall provide 2 serviceable life raft and prove proper installation to the MI. Vessel may only carry 30 people.

Drills must be performed in the presence of CG MI prior to the carriage of passengers.
