Scantlings, materials, and workmanship shall be at least equivalent to the requirements of ABS or other recognized Class Society. Barge sustained damage to fwd stbd voids as a result of an allision with another vessel. Stbd bow has 6' wide x 14' long x 4" deep inset and two 6' x 3" fractures located 5' above waterline. Vsl permitted one time transit to shipyard for repairs. Vessel to enact permanent repairs to the satisfaction of USCG prior to operation.
