High Level and overfill alarms couldn't be tested due to malfunctioning panel board. Do not load cargo until after the alarms can be tested to the satisfaction of an attending USCG marine inspector.

Resolved 3 June 2015
Resolution: Replaced a broken on/off power switch on the ERL high level/overfill alarm panel. Tested alarms for proper operation.
