All tank vessels the construction or conversion of which is started on or after July 1, 1951, shall conform to the requirements in this subpart in construction of hulls. The barge notified the USCG of a 15" x 1" crack on the stern void 6" below the gunwhale. The vessel is authorized to transit from MM91 to IMTT Gretna to discharge cargo, and then complete necessary repairs at its intended location of mm104. Vessel must also submit documentation from TBSIP attesting to the condition prior to conducting bunkering operations. - 46CFR32.60-1(a).
