For spaces listed in 13.6.7, alarms should be activated for flammable products when the vapour concentrations reach 30% of the lower flammable limit. PSCO observed the fixed gas sampling system was reading the lower flammable limit incorrectly beyond the allowance of the span gas, therefor incorrectly activating the 30% LEL alarm.
