Except as permitted by the administration in exceptional circumstances, all metal sheets and armor of cables shall be electrically continuous and shall be earthed. During deck examination PSCO noted multiple bonding wires on the electrical conduit which had corroded off. 74 SOLAS(20)II-1/45.5.1
