Tests of "Charge of storage batteries if the vessel is so equipped, for emergency lighting and power" must be completed "At least once every 3 months." The test of the storage batteries for the emergency lighting and power was not recorded in the Towing Vessel Record.

The recently installed Sea-Fire Marine fire detection system does not have a record of the installation being certified by NICET Level IV technician, provide proof of fire detection system certification by NICET level IV technician.
