Load Line certificate shall not be delivered to the ship until the officer or surveyor acting under the provisions of article 13 has certified that the marks are correctly and permanently indicated on the ship's side. PSCO observed that the ship has LR painted on either side of the load line mark. Ship's Int. Load Line certificate indicates marking should read DL. LOAD LINES 66/88 Reg 7 50a
