Resolution: Two fire outfits were purchased and placed on board.
2120: Every ship of 100 gross tonnage and above shall carry a Garbage Management Plan which the crew shall follow. During the exam it was found that food wastes and plastics were being stored together not in accordance with the plan. The vessel discharged food wastes 13 times during transit, which Port State Control Officers believed has been contaminated with plastics, MARPOL 2011, Annex V/10.2
