For this purpose the following functional requirements shall be met: means shall be provided to control leaks of flammable liquids. PSCO observed substantial, pooled, wet oil along scavenger air line near OWS due to worn gaskets.

Resolution: Vessel replaced the worn gasket and cleaned the affected areas. Photos and deficiency rectification letter from Flag was provided.
