General arrangement plans shall be permanently exhibited for the guidance of the ships officers showing clearly for each deck the control stations, the various fire sections enclosed by “A” class divisions … doors in “A” class boundaries to purifier space, paint locker space, galley, and other areas are marked with IMO stickers indication the requirement for self closing. The fire control plan does not reflect this arrangement.

Cargo ships may carry one or more free-fall lifeboats, complying with the requirements of section 4.7 of the Code.
Except where otherwise stated, the normal equipment of every lifeboat shall consist of: watertight receptacles containing a total of 3L of fresh water as described in paragraph 4.1.5.1.19 for each person the lifeboat is permitted to accomodate.
PSCO's observed 35L of fresh water aboard the vessel's lifeboat rated for a capacity of 18 persons; 54L are required.
