The inert gas system refferred to in paragraph 5.5.3.1 shall be designed, constructed and tested in accordance with the Fire Safety Systems Code. At least two blowers shall be fitted and be capable of delivering to the cargo tanks at least the volume of gas required by paragraphs 2.2.1.2 and 2.2.1.3. #3 blower has repair welds not approved by Classification Society. #2 blower was leaking inert as into the space and has a malfunctioning discharge valve.

Action required: 60 - Rectify deficiencies prior to movement
