A vessel must be provided with a satisfactory arrangement for draining any watertight compartment. The cross-connect between the bilge and fire pump systems (common with the bilge discharge line) has a hole wasted through on the underside. Vessel may complete DP/Sea Trials, and then repair prior to departing Port Fourchon/ operating in commercial service. 46 CFR 182.500(a)
