Issued 9 January 2024 Resolved
While transiting the Lower Mississippi River, the barge grounded in a shallow spot along the Right Descending Bank. Prior to movement, company is to have surveyor attend vessel and survey extent of damage. If no Damage is found then the deficiency will be cleared. If damage is found, permanent repairs are to be affected as soon as practicable. Scantlings, material, and workmanship, subdivision of cargo spaces, fitting of cofferdams, and testing of tanks shall be at least equivalent to the requirements of the American Bureau of Shipping or other recognized classification society.
