A dry dock examination must be conducted while the vessel is hauled out of the water or placed in a drydock or slipway. During the examination all accessible parts of the vessel's underwater body and all through hull fittings, appendages, propellers, shafts, bearings, rudders, sea valves, and sea strainers shall be made available for examination. Integrity of vessels collar failed during overpressure stress test pressure test of vessels collar. Vessel plans to swap out with "In -Kind" collar. Provide successful exterior and overpressure leak test with newly installed collar prior to resuming operations with passengers IAW (MTN) 01-08, CH-2. 46 CFR 176.610(a)
