74 SOLAS (04) II-2/4.1.1: The purpose of this regulation is to prevent the ignition of combustiable materials or flammable liquids. For this purpose, the following functional requirements shall be met: means shall be provided to control leaks of flammable liquids. PSCOs observed multiple instances of oil soaked lagging and oil leaks in and around the area near the purifier space.
Action required: 17 - Rectify deficiencies prior to departure
