In tankers, electrical equipment , cables and wiring shall not be installed in hazardous locations unless it conforms with the standards not inferior to those acceptable to the organization. PSCO observed 06 cargo deck light fixtures forward of the superstructure with silicone sealant around all seams and moisture within the fixture. Deficiency must be rectified prior to cargo operations. 74 solas (cons) II-1/ 45.11 a/c
