A gauge indicating the pressure in the system shall be provided at each section stop valve. PSCO observed multiple gauges at water mist section valves not indicating pressure changes.

Vessel's emergency diesel generator has a soft patch installed on the STBD side cooler body. 74 SOLAS (20) II-1/26.1
