Issued 21 August 2024 Resolved
Scantlings, material, and workmanship shall be at least equivalent to the requirements of ABS or other recognized classification society. Starboard side of vessel (approximately midships) received damage after an allision, consisting of of a 3' long x 4' tall x 5" deep inset. Make permanent repairs to shell damage on starboard side (as described above) and associated internal structures. After offload of current cargo, no cargo operations are permitted before repairs are completed to the satisfaction of the attending USCG Marine Inspector.
Action required: 701 - Prior to carriage of passengers/cargo
