Resolution: Received, reviewed and accepted class report and proper documentation from RINA, Delmar Saftey and master stating the deficiency was rectified. Master ordered 04 new SCBA air cylinders and 01 new SCBA, vessel installed all equipment IAW their Fire Plan.
