Electrical installations shall be such that; electrical services essential for safety will be ensured. PSCO found forward emergency light above the 6-person life raft to be inoperable even after replacement of light bulb. Crew was able to replace fuse and fix light. 74SOLAS(14)II-1/40.2 -10c
