MOORING SPRING LINES WERE FOUND TO HAVE EXCESSIVE FRAYING, MULTIPLE SPLICES AND IN NEED OF FURTHER INSPECTION, SIMILAR TO OTHER LINE ISSUES FOUND THROUGHOUT THE SHIP. 74 SOLAS (14) II-1/3-8.2
