Electrical equipment, cables and wiring shall not be installed in the hazardous locations unless it conforms with the standards not inferior to those acceptable to the Organization (IEC 60092-502).
The electrical wire supplying power to the light fixture above the forward end of the starboard deck tank No. 10 is frayed and/or damaged. The protective sheathing is no longer complete or continuous. Also, the protective tube encasing two lightbulbs has condensation inside indicating that the fixture is no longer properly sealed. One of these bulbs is on the forward fixture above the 10S deck tank and the other is on the forward fixture above the 10P tank.
