PSCO noted in the oil record book the use of evaporation from the incinerator sludge tank. IOPP certificate does not reflect "other acceptable means." MARPOL 1/12.2

Resolution: Received, reviewed and accepted class report from NK stating the deficiency was rectified. Flushed out fuel lines and replaced fuel filter and fuel oil.
