Resolution: corrected on the spot. Lifeboat was able to start and fully operational 20 minutes after requesting inital test start.

Resolution: Defective junctino box packing gland on the M/E Fuel Supply Unit was replaced with a new packing gland, cable verified to be in satisfactory condition. This is noted in attached Class survery report.

Resolved 15 February 2019
Resolution: PSCO verified that ground wires were re-attached or replaced in the applicable areas. General examintation of vessel did not reveal any additional missing grounding wires as noted in ABS statutory survey report.
